Due to the nature of the products we sell, all sales are final unless a trial policy is purchased or initiated in writing. Returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis, and most returned products are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If a product is damaged or defective, it may be returned for store credit only. Returns will not be accepted for reeds and other consumable products, sheet music, brass mouthpieces, or ErgoBrass support systems.
All returns must first be cleared by emailing us at email@example.com or calling us at 1-800-873-9798 to explain the reason for return.
